Rules
- No influence on data or rankings. Sponsors never affect tax rates, pages, comparisons, search results, or the order of anything, and are never "recommended."
- No lead sharing. We do not collect visitor information for sponsors or pass it to them. There are no pay-per-lead or referral fees.
- Ads must be truthful and fair-housing compliant. No statements or preferences about who should live somewhere (including protected classes under the Fair Housing Act), and no claims about neighborhoods' residents or safety. Licensed professions must follow their licensing rules (for example TREC, TDI, and NMLS disclosures).
- Every ad is reviewed and approved before it runs. We may decline or remove any ad. If we decline your ad, we will cancel your subscription and refund your first month in full.
